In its ongoing role to equip and support Middle East business leaders driving organisations through growth, transformation or crisis, PwC’s Academy has introduced an Online Leadership Coaching programme as part of its Digital Learning Suite.

Run by industry veterans, this live online coaching offers a confidential space to provide the guidance, insights and knowledge needed to support senior executives to lead through change and challenge.

Using a wealth of real-world business experience, the programme is designed to help business leaders make vital decisions and to create stability while under intense pressure. Clients can choose from four key areas: leading through crisis and change; being a respected leader; skills development for individual leaders; and coaching for executive teams.

Amanda Line, Partner, PwC’s Academy said: “The top of the organisational pyramid can be a lonely place, and for leaders in almost every industry, now more than ever before, there is a huge amount of pressure and uncertainty in both life and work. While there is no simple solution or playbook to follow, there is invaluable merit in leaders investing in themselves to ensure stability and calm focus in difficult times. Our coaching programme provides C-Suite leaders with the tools to mobilise and energise teams to respond with agility to change and drive long-term business success.”

Offering a tailored approach to manage unique challenges, the programme is designed according to the needs of each individual, matching them with a shortlist of coach profiles to create a relevant and bespoke programme. As leaders work through their organisational change strategies, the coaches will provide guidance on how to plan for next steps and support them during these critical times.
