Sarah Moon
Sarah is an HR leader and trainer at PwC Academy Middle East, she comes with over 22 years of experience specializing in talent and leadership development and training. She has worked both internationally and across the GCC in HR and Development roles, across a variety of industries. Sarah has a positive enthusiasm for people and for developing others which shows in her engaging training style.
Sarah has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs on various HR topics, including coaching, performance management, and leadership development, both in the GCC and internationally. Passionate about coaching, she also mentors individuals beginning their HR careers. Before joining PwC Academy, she was the Regional Talent and Development Lead for a multinational FMCG company, where she shaped and implemented training strategies and participated in global project teams. Her generalist HR roles at AstraZeneca, Beiersdorf, Barclays, and Accenture, and her work with the Global HR Team supporting strategic marketing across the UK, USA, and Sweden, have provided her with a comprehensive HR background, focusing on employee engagement and business transformation.
