Roujin is a trainer at PwC Academy Middle East with over a decade of experience, she is an accomplished HR professional who excels at collaborating with C-Suite leadership to design and implement robust people plans. With a career spanning numerous sectors, Roujin employs an evidence-based approach, addressing organisational challenges, providing both strategic and operational solutions.  Her experience is solidified in curating and delivering development programmes to ensure that HR & OD professionals have the necessary skills and capabilities to facilitate organisational success. Roujin’s significant contributions to the HR profession have earned her recognition as the 8th "Most Influential HR Practitioner 2023" by HR Magazine in the UK.

Roujin, as the National Director of HR & OD - Professional Development, created and delivered training programs for 19,000 HR & OD professionals in England, enhancing their skills to better support the NHS’s 1.4 million employees. Previously, as a Director in NHS England, she contributed to the development of the NHS's first 10-year HR & OD plan and played a key role in drafting COVID-19 policies while collaborating with the Department of Health and national unions. An accomplished leader with extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector, Roujin is dedicated to integrating digital solutions and fostering inclusive and diverse work environments.
