Elizabeth is a trainer at PwC Academy, she is a seasoned HR Consultant with almost 30 years’ experience in the field including 15 years in the Middle East Region. A highly qualified HR, change and learning and development professional with extensive experience leading functions and bespoke global programs, in both public and private sectors across a broad and diverse spectrum of industries, including Oil & Gas, Utilities & Energy, Shipping & Logistics, Construction & Engineering, Military MRO, Manufacturing, Airlines, Retail, Hospitality, Medical & Healthcare, Government/Semi-Government, Education and Legal. She is also an Associate Trainer with CIPD UK and CIPD Middle East.
Elizabeth began her career in law as a Paralegal before transitioning to HR in 1992, and has since accumulated nearly 30 years of experience. She has developed a diverse portfolio, delivering high-impact HR, Employee Relations, and compliance programs across the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. In the UAE, she helped a public sector organization enhance HR leadership to achieve nationalization goals, while in Europe and the UK, she managed large-scale change and restructure projects in the private sector, and provided employment law compliance training to UK local government, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for over a year.
