How the programme works
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management is a postgraduate-level qualification typically completed over 18 months. The programme consists of eight modules. You will be assessed through a combination of written assignments such as reports, essays, and case studies, alongside personal development plans, skill-based evaluations, performance reviews, and interviews. Training is delivered in a hybrid format, combining face-to-face sessions with live online streaming for maximum flexibility. The qualification structure covers a comprehensive curriculum of core modules, including:
