Why did you decide to pursue the CIPD qualification?

I am always keen and passionate about expanding my knowledge horizon and building my skills in the area of Talent Development. The CIPD qualification was the best choice for me to expand my skills set in the field of HR and learn practical skills that I can implement in my daily job.I really enjoyed my CIPD experience and my passion to learn helped me land the 2020 CIPD best student award in the Middle East, an achievement I am extremely proud of!

Any words of advice to your other aspiring female professionals?

I would just remind other females about the quote said by His Highness the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding father of the UAE. “The woman is half of the society; any country which pursues development should not leave her in poverty or illiteracy.”
