Gordon Berrie is a Consultant and project management expert at PwC’s Academy. Gordon has designed, built and led change initiatives and projects across the finance, technology, consumer goods and professional services sectors. He has a strong technology and business background that enriches his already exceptional coaching and facilitation skills. He is a training practitioner with over 15 years of experience in high-exposure roles in large national and multinational companies, including Diageo, Bank of Ireland, HBOS and Deloitte Consulting.
Gordon has delivered numerous trainings on a range of courses including project management, customer management, sales performance, communication skills, presentation skills, influencing and negotiation skills. He has extensive experience in the field of sales and customer care training, managing Customer management projects in the wealth management division of Bank of Ireland and formerly a subsidiary of Irish Life.
Prior to joining PwC, Gordon managed a project which involved the establishment of an outbound sales centre for a client in the Middle East. Gordon has served as the project director at Supplierforce where he was responsible for the successful roll out of mortgage broker system to KBC bank, formulation of a business development strategy for UK and Irish markets and redevelopment of the CRM and load application system at the Bank of Scotland. Gordon has also served as the Managing director of a wine distribution company, where he helped the company achieve significant growth in its turnover.
