Dr. Williams is a senior lecturer at PwC’s Academy and a distinguished academic and a business consultant. He has over 25 years of experience in leading and delivering excellence in teaching, research and executive education. Paul’s teaching and research interests lie in the field of strategic service improvement, where he has gained an international reputation for his work into customer service excellence, satisfaction, value, and quality improvements in the services sector. He is a highly published researcher and has been granted numerous grants, awards, and distinctions for his work. He is also a member of Academy of Marketing (UK).
Dr. Williams has been in the Middle East since 2001 and in addition to training with PwC’s Academy he serves as a senior client partner for a higher education consulting firm. He is the former Dean of the College of Business at Zayed University in the UAE. Prior to joining Zayed University, he was a Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean at American University of Sharjah Business School.
